One of my company's requirements for purchasing help desk software is that it needs to handle or connect to a computer and software inventory database. judging by a quick search of the forums, there is not a lot of demand for this functionality and your development seems to be driven by demand (understandably).
Basically, what we'd like is to have a tab on each ticket that displays hardware and software information related to the requester. And also a tab or link to an organization's inventory when browsing the address book.
I realize you have no intention of building this into cerberus but was wondering if you had a process to request development of a plugin for pay.
The software I was looking to integrate was "open computers and software inventory" ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/ocsinventory/ ) but i'm open to suggestions if you have something else you like to use.
